Syo Technol Ltd ("we") collects only the information needed to provide our courses and services: your name, email address, phone number, the details you give us in bookings, consultations and support tickets, and records of payments.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account, including email verification and two-factor authentication for staff.
• To deliver courses, track your learning progress and issue certificates.
• To handle service orders, consultations and support requests.
• To process payments through Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, reminders, replies) through our email provider.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the platform (payment processing, email delivery, video hosting and hosting) and only as needed. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time and ask us to delete your account by contacting office@syotechnol.com.
